Enelsan offers the user a new TDR technology that eliminates the problems of level meters working with the reflex radar principle.

Level meters with the TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry : Time Domain Reflection) principle, which have been put on the market as two-wire up to the present, were experiencing insufficient power problem especially at low levels and causing echo loss. The new device is a 4-wire system and it definitely eliminates this problem as it provides a continuous 24 Volt supply. The device also has a programmable alarm contact. Enelsan level transmitter is suitable for use in all kinds of process or stock tanks and silos up to 20 meters with rod, coaxial or rope antenna types, as well as showing superior performance in liquids with low dielectric coefficient such as oils and petroleum derivatives.
